Flower birthday cake

This was made for a birthday. It's chocolate cake with buttercream icing. I used a shimmer on the fondant flowers. I think this is one of the prettiest cakes I've made.

Birthday Cake

I made this cake for my supervisor at work. I tried to make it 'manly' so I used blue and brown colors. The top tier is lemon cake with raspberry icing. And the bottom tier is chocolate cake with peanut butter icing. I used a chocolate mold to make the paisley.

Hello Kitty

I made a Hello Kitty cake and cupcakes for my friend's daughter's 1st birthday. The cake was a smash cake that I made with a low sugar recipe. I sculpted the Hello Kitty out of fondant. She turned out a little chubby, but still cute.

I decorated the cupcakes with pink sprinkles...
