Hello Kitty

I made a Hello Kitty cake and cupcakes for my friend's daughter's 1st birthday. The cake was a smash cake that I made with a low sugar recipe. I sculpted the Hello Kitty out of fondant. She turned out a little chubby, but still cute.

I decorated the cupcakes with pink sprinkles...

flowers that matched the cake...

and the signature bow.
